Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti squash is a great substitute for pasta! Add your favorite sauce (I like to use Traditional Classico) and protein for a balanced meal.

Servings: 4

INGREDIENTS:

1 spaghetti squash

INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat oven to 400 F.

Slice squash in half lengthwise and scoop out seeds. (BE CAREFUL. Not the easiest thing to cut!)

Drizzle halves with a little bit of olive oil and rub in. Season with salt.

Place squash cut side down on baking sheet and roast until tender, 45-50 minutes.

Use a fork to scrape out “spaghetti.”
