After two kids, I could no longer “fake” fitness. I knew to keep up an active lifestyle, I needed to prioritize fitness.
The first day I was hooked. I loved how challenging the workouts were and variety each day helps to keep me engaged! I loved how not only the coaches were initially very friendly and encouraging but so were all the members!
I love all the coaches and new friends I have met through Townie. Everyone is supportive, friendly and encouraging which makes it fun to come to class and work hard.
Working out helped keep my anxiety and depression, that I have experienced since the death of my brother, at bay. I’m able to come workout every day with people that care about me.
Trey thought he was too “out of shape” to do CrossFit, but an invite from a friend helped him find community and encouragement!
Trey has been consistent in his training since day 1 and has seen huge fitness improvements inside the gym and in his work as a plantation manager and Dog Trainer at Mayhaw Plantation.
