Trey thought he was too “out of shape” to do CrossFit, but an invite from a friend helped him find community and encouragement!
Trey has been consistent in his training since day 1 and has seen huge fitness improvements inside the gym and in his work as a plantation manager and Dog Trainer at Mayhaw Plantation.
Up until this point, she not only struggled with her weight, but she also struggled to find any self-confidence. Before coming to Townie, she had decided that she wanted to change the person she saw in the mirror. Not only did she want to be more active for her daughter, who was around a year old at the time, but she wanted to be proud of herself again.
All successful people have one thing in common. They are Consistent. To be successful at any endeavor it takes consistent hard work over weeks, months, and years. It’s not going to happen overnight, but building good habits everyday will bring you one step closer to what you want to achieve.
Now before you head to the grocery store, I suggest making a list of things you plan to get for the week or use the list below and pick your favorites. Remember this is a great time to try new foods and experiment in the kitchen a bit. The more creative you can get the better, and if you think you don’t like something, try preparing it in a different fashion and give it a shot.
