New schedule begins May 29th and runs through July 28th. We are adding a 9:30 am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays and cancelling the 3:45 class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We are also adding Open Gym on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.
Note on Open Gym:
Open gym is for experienced athletes ONLY, and only during designated times on the schedule. You must be finished with your workout and equipment cleaned up by the time Open Gym ends. A coach will be in the facility but is NOT available for coaching unless you would like to book a personal training session. Open gym can be used to do the workout of the day, another workout you missed during the week, hit some extra lifting, and/or perform accessory/skill work. Sign up for Open Gym just like you would a group class through Xplor. We hope this new schedule gives you a bit more flexibility with your training during the summer months. See you in the gym!
