Setting goals is crucial to our members continued success. When a member first joins the Townie family we sit down and ask them what their goals entail and we tell them how we can help them reach those goals. As we progress in our fitness journey our goals change. Our goal at first may have been to just exercise 3 days per week, but now we’ve tasted success and we want to achieve our first pull up! Or maybe you are crushing the exercise piece but know the missing link to your success is your nutrition. We want to help!
We are excited to now offer FREE Goal Review Sessions to all current Townie members every 3 months. In a goal review session you will sit down with a coach and discuss your current progress and bright spots as well as things you WILL achieve in the future. Your coach will then give you a road map specific to you to make sure you accomplish everything you dreamed of.
