Townie has helped Kathy gain arm strength and confidence for beach season!

What brought you to Townie in the first place?

Coach Jonathan recruited me to Townie Fitness. He explained how each workout can be scaled to accommodate all fitness levels and assured me that I would fit in with all the other athletes.

What was your first impression? How has that changed?

Townie Fitness is located in a terrific facility with all the latest equipment.  Equipment is cleaned and kept in great working order. I’ve been impressed with the level of professionalism by all the coaches and their ability to motivate and encourage.

What was your first “bright spot” or accomplishment?

My first bright spot was being able to do banded pull ups and also a handstand against the wall. It shows that my arm strength has definitely improved.

What are you working on now?

I’m focusing on increasing the number of days I work out each week to get ready for bathing suit season around the corner!

What’s your favorite thing about working out at Townie?

I love all the coaches and new friends I have met through Townie.  Everyone is supportive, friendly and encouraging which makes it fun to come to class and work hard.
