CrossFit Kids Summer Camp

CrossFit Kids is back this summer for a 1 week camp to help your child get strong, fit, and healthy with Brand X certified Kids Coach, Toni Hinz. Each day your child will learn proper technique on foundational barbell lifts like squat, deadlift, and bench press as well as build aerobic conditioning and bodyweight awareness. We believe that learning proper technique and teaching kids that exercise is fun, is the key to success for our youth, so each day will also incorporate fitness games and relays. Finally, we will teach proper nutrition and mindset habits for sport and life. CrossFit Kids Camp is for youth ages 8-13, and no prior athletic experience is needed. The cost is $185 per session.

A T-shirt is included in your registration, so please specify your child’s size upon sign up. Sizes are all youth size.
