The Committed Club

Are you looking for a simple nutrition plan that will help you see lasting results?
Are you looking for guidance getting back on track with your nutrition and health?
Are you looking for a total transformation to help you feel confident in your skin?
Are you looking for accountability from an expert coach to help you stay on track?

At CrossFit Townie, we talk a lot about community, effort, and doing hard things together, but one of the simplest (and most powerful) ways we live is through the Committed Club.
THe Committed Club is not about being the strongest, the fastest, or the loudest in the room. It’s about consistency. It’s about choosing to show up, even on the days when motivation is low, life is busy, or the couch feels extra convincing.
The Committed Club recognizes members who attend 15+ classes in a month and 180+ classes in a year. That’s it. No leaderboards. No RX requirement. No comparison.
Just showing up.
And while that might sound simple, anyone juggling work, family, kids’ sports, travel, and real life knows, it’s anything but easy.
We see it over and over again:
The members who make steady progress aren’t always the ones going all-out every workout. They’re the ones who keep coming back.
Consistency leads to:
But just as important?
It builds confidence, discipline, and trust in yourself.
Those wins don’t stay inside the four walls of the gym, they show up in daily life.
The Committed Club is also about accountability and community. When you’re here regularly:
That matters. Being seen matters.
And whether you’re a longtime member or brand new, consistency is the common ground that connects everyone.
Short answer: everyone.
The Committed Club is not about where you start, it’s about deciding to keep going.
At Townie, we don’t just celebrate PRs.
We celebrate effort, commitment, and showing up when it counts.
Because consistency is what changes bodies, mindsets, and lives, and that’s what we’re here for.
If you’ve earned Committed Club recognition, we see you.
If you’re working toward it, keep going.
And if you’re just getting started, welcome. You are exactly where you need to be.
