February Committed Club
At CrossFit Townie, we believe results don’t come from perfection. They come from consistency. Each month we recognize members who show up 15+ times, prioritizing their health even when life is busy, schedules are full, and motivation isn’t always there.
The Committed Club isn’t about being the fittest in the room. It’s about continuing to show up and putting in the work.
Why does 15 classes matter?
Because consistency compounds. Training 3–4 times per week allows your body to build strength, improve conditioning, and move better over time. More importantly, it builds momentum and habits that last.
Month after month we see the same thing: Members who stay consistent feel better, move better, and stay more connected to the community around them.
That’s what the Committed Club represents. Not perfection. Just commitment to the process.
