Let’s be honest for a second.
The holidays were good.
Family time, celebrations, late nights, good food, and probably a few extra treats along the way. And honestly? That’s how it’s supposed to be.
Now, the decorations are coming down, routines are shifting back, and you might be feeling that post-holiday fog. Maybe your gym bag hasn’t been touched in a bit. Maybe your energy feels off. Maybe getting back into a routine feels harder than you expected.
At CrossFit Townie, we’re not about the “New Year, New You” hype. We don’t believe you need a reinvention, we're positive you’re already doing a lot right!
Sometimes, we know, you simply need a reset and a little encouragement getting back into your groove.
